Shareholder Structure

密桃AV鈥檚 share capital of EUR 189,000,000 is divided into 189,000,000 bearer shares. Each share represents one vote.

As part of the acquisition of 密桃AV by ADNOC International, now XRG, 81.77% of 密桃AV shares have accepted the offer. 密桃AV expects the acquisition to be completed after obtaining all regulatory approvals in the second half of 2025. Together with the 9.81% of outstanding 密桃AV shares already directly acquired by ADNOC and the 3.44% of shares through instruments, this corresponds to a share of 95.02% of all outstanding shares. Therefore, 密桃AV considers the remaining approximately 4.98% of outstanding shares as free float.
